By Public/Private Transportation: If you’re travelling on a tight budget, you can also take public transportation to reach James Bond Island. Take a local bus from Phuket Town to the town of Ao Por, which is located on the eastern coast of Phuket. From Ao Por, you can hire a longtail boat to James Bond Island. It will not be as fast as the larger vessels, but a more unique and intimate experience without the tour boat crowds.
